Did you know that the body has two bathrooms? One is our internal pipe system, otherwise known as the bowels. The other is a waste disposal system that runs along the blood vessels and covers your entire body like a net. This is known as the lymphatic system and much like your circulatory system which has blood running through it, the lymphatic system as lymph fluid running through it. What is really surprising is that we have four times more lymph fluid than we have blood. FOUR TIMES MORE!

 

WHAT'S LYMPH?
So what does all this jargon mean? In a nutshell, lymph fluid is responsible for drawing toxins from the cells. The thing is, unlike your heart which pumps blood around your body, the lymph fluid (which contains waste matter that needs to leave the body) does not have a pumping engine like the heart. YOU need to pump the fluid (which contains the waste/toxins it sucked from the cells) out of your body by performing cellular exercise.

Forms of exercise and movement such as weight lifting or calisthenics are great for building strength or losing weight but they don’t stimulate the lymph system and thus remove waste from the body. In order to do this specific forms of movement and activities are necessary.

 

STIMULATE THE LYMPH = REMOVE TOXIN'S

Movement such as rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline), swimming, cyclings, deep breathing, and hot/cold application are all forms of cellular exercise that will stimulate the lymph, remove toxins from the blood, and help clean out the body on a deep cellular level.

It is important that you do cellular exercise BEFORE other forms of exercise if you want a clean healthy body. And once you begin to flush toxins out of the body using these specific forms of movement, you will accelerate the cleansing process and prepare the body for the next step in regaining and re-energising its health.
