When it comes to feeding the body what it needs verses what the mind wants, you need to look at it from cellular perspective. Your cells needs specific nutrients, and although many different types of foods contain what the cells need, some foods have far more than others. These are namely plant foods.
In essence, to feed your cells and body what it needs, it is best to consume large amounts of raw living plant foods such as green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. The reason these foods need to be raw is because when we heat food above 104 degrees fahrenheit (40 celsius) the heat completely destroys the enzymes in the food, rendering it dead. Indeed our body produces enzymes but when we reach the age of 30, the average person is deficient in enzymes. Leading to a wide variety of issues such as proteins, carbs, and fats going undigested in the body.
RAW LIVING PLANT FOODS
When proteins, carbs, and fats go undigested and remain in the bloodstream, they rancidify and ferment. This attracts parasites, fungus, bacteria, and pathogens to the body and these entities leave their own waste which is extremely toxic to the body. In essence, this leads to a whole variety of diseases.
If we eat raw living plant foods such as fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds then we get everything the body needs and run strong, clean, lean, and efficient.
The trick to this is baby steps. By including more raw plant foods, especially in the form of smoothies and fresh cold pressed juices, you can massively increase your energy, strength, and vitality. You will need less sleep, use less energy, and look and feel great.
